    Step 2. Next adjust the small inset screw with a 2.5mm allen wrench until the outside brake pad is paper thin against the rotor,( again large circular round thing).

    [[squeeze the brake periodically to test the thickness, If you over tighten the brake pads the tire will not spin freely]]

    Step 3. Test the brakes to make sure they are working by trying to pull the bike forward, If the brakes are adjusted properly the front tire will not spin while squeezing the brake.
